Pneumatic high-pressure globe valves generally adopt a welded structure,It is mainly used in the pipelines of various systems in thermal power plants, suitable for media such as steam and oil, and has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance. High pressure pneumatic welded globe valves have good corrosion resistance and sufficient strength. Compared with other valves, they are characterized by high temperature and high pressure, unique self sealing design, and more reliable sealing with higher pressure.
Advantages of Pneumatic High Pressure Stop Valve:
1. The valve chamber adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the higher the internal pressure, the better the sealing performance.
2. The depth of the valve cover packing box is reasonable, the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor, the seal is reliable, and the switch is stable.
3. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that there is no leakage through the valve stem when the valve is opened and operated.
4. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures. Welding grooves can be matched according to standards or user requirements.
